At Dropcart we want you to be happy with your order. If for any reason you are unhappy with the items you have purchased, or you simply don’t need them anymore, just return them to us in their original condition and packaging within 30 days after receipt of goods and we’ll either replace them or issue a full refund. You have a statutory right to return goods within 14 days from the day after receipt.
Before you return any items to us please fill out the RMA form first for a authorisation number or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with the reason for return, product code, quantity and order number

How do I return unwanted items?
You should first raise a RMA number using the returns online system, once your RMA has been accepted, Dropcart will send you an email to print the RMA number and place on the outside/inside of the parcel
You can return your products with Royal Mail or Collect plus and follow the step by step 'Get Started' link above We strongly recommend that you send the Goods back to us via a recorded post service and obtain a certificate of posting.
Unwanted items are subject to restocking charge of 20%
How to return damaged, faulty or incorrect items?
We take great care in packgaging your items, but in the unlikely event the goods we deliver are damaged or defective, please let us know within 48 hours of receiveing the goods and we will do everthing we can to help.
You should raise an RMA using the Returns online system, once your rma has been accepted, Dropcart will send you an email with a Free postage label.
Print off the returns label and stick securely to the parcel and place the RMA conformation inside the parcel(this will speed up refunds)
Finally, drop off the parcel to your local collect+ point
If we find the item(s) have been supplied correctly a charge may be incurred for this service. If you would prefer to return the item yourself, you should return the item to us using a traceable and insured delivery agent (e.g. Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery via Royal Mail), please enclose a proof of postage receipt and we will reimburse you up to the value of £4.00 for the cost of the returning the item(s) back to us on the understanding that the item(s) has been supplied incorrectly.
I sent my item back to you but I didn't put the Returns number on the outside of the package as you requested, will this cause a problem processing my return?
If there is no Returns Merchandise Authorisation number ("RMA") on the outside of the package then there is a good chance that this will lead to delays of up to 30 days in processing your return. To avoid this delay, we recommend that if you wish to return goods you first obtain a RMA number by selecting 'Returns' from the 'Account' menu and following the instructions.
Can I exchange my returned item/s?
If you wish to exchange for items of the same value simply email us and we'll send out your new items on our standard delivery service. Please return your unwanted items first
if you wish to exhange for items that are not the same value you will need to place a new order and return your unwanted items for a refund (less 20% restocking charge)
When and where do I get my refund?
Refunds will take between 7 to 10 days from the date the goods have been sent back. Refunds will be credited to the same source of payment the goods were initially paid for
Are there any products that cannot be returned?
We cannot accept returns for special order items.
We cannot accept returns for products delivered direct from the manufacturer. Due to health and safety regulations we are unable to accept returns for any food or beverage items
